Water...

The Most Fundamental Element of All Life on Earth!

Are you drinking enough water to stay healthy?

You can increase your chances of enjoying good health by making sure that you get enough water.  Just make sure it is purified water.  Unfortunately most of us get tap water that is full of chemicals that is bad for your health.

Water is present in every cell and tissue in your body and

  • is essential for a healthy body

  • regulates body temperature

  • lubricates joints,

  • keeps skin youthful

  • keeps muscles strong

  • keeps your hormones balanced

  • gives you energy

  • strengthens the immune system

  • balances your brain chemistry

Water is  involved in many biological functions such as

  • digestion,

  • absorption

  • circulation and

  • excretion.

You need to drink enough water to insure it is working at optimum level.
When  you don't drink enough water there are many functions that are
affected which could detrimental to your health.

Water is the most important thing you can drink for good health. The amount of water you should be drinking is one quart for every 50 lbs.

Whether your healthy or not so healthy you should be drinking the required
amount of water to help you stay healthy or get healthier. So why not start now.

But it must be pure fresh water

You will be surprised to find out the quality of your water.

As the development of our modern society increases, so do the threats that face our water supply.  Because of this, tap water can contain any number of chemicals and substances.  Most tap water is regulated, tested and treated, yet there are no guarantees.  This is apparent as we see more health problems that arise in localized outbreaks from drinking water.

There are many sources of tap water that contain chlorine byproducts, parasites, pesticides, herbicides, byproducts of industrial processes, petroleum production and gasoline additives like MTBE, heavy metals such as lead and who knows what else!

The health risks are enormous:

  • Toxins in the water are linked to 2/3 of all cancer.
  • Chlorine in the water is tied to cancer and it is estimated that
in water increases cancer rate by 80%.

You might be surprised to learn that taking a shower is worse for your
health than drinking water.

The chemicals vaporize much faster than water.  Steam contains 50-60 times the level of contamination and when you inhale these toxins into your lungs, they go directly into the bloodstream.  To make matters worse, your pores are open and you absorb chlorine and chemicals like a sponge.

According to the American Journal of Public Health, 2/3 of the cancer
caused by chlorine in the water comes from showers.

Beware, bottled water in not the answer!

It is not stringently regulated and is required to be only good as tap water.

Most bottled water actually comes from a municipal water supply, not some pristine spring in the mountains.

A recent study tested 103 brands of bottled water and more than 1/3 had levels of contaminates that exceeded acceptable standards for even tap water.  Also, water is a universal solvent and will absorb the petroleum byproducts in the plastic container and who knows how long it has been sitting there.

In addition, bottled water costs over $1 a gallon, well over what the cost per gallon that an efficient water filtration system would produce.

Even though bottled water is not the most effective system for you, you're better off with it than tap water.
